Espresso
We make our espresso on an all-manual Victoria Arduino Athena lever machine, with a recipe of 19 grams in and 43 grams out in 30 seconds after a 10 second pre-infusion. Our standard choice for espresso is "Friend Blend" from Little Amps Coffee Roasters in Harrisburg, PA.
